wrapped cursed and forgotten Old Ones that whip their murderous tongues-as-tendrils.
then hide from the shadowy crevices from whence they appeared.

Will'O-Wisp:
Apparitions that
suddenly appear amongst the vapours of the Swamp, and manifest themselves
as tendrilled, dripping orbs. Their guardian-heads encircle their uncertain
forms, only to split off to form duplicates.
